Ms. Khazian practices out of the firm’s California office, and focuses on employment law, construction law, and general business litigation.

Employment Law
Ms. Khazian’s employment law practice includes defending employers against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and contract-based employment issues. She also provides general counsel to employers concerning all aspects of employment law, including employment agreements, personnel policies, termination of employment, workforce reductions, and overall compliance with state and federal laws.
Construction Law
Ms. Khazian’s construction law practice includes representing general contractors and subcontractors in a broad range of construction matters, including construction defects, delay and disruption, and breach of contract.
Business Litigation
Ms. Khazian represents business clients in a variety of civil disputes including but not limited to breach of contract, fraud, product liability, false advertising, breach of fiduciary duty, and claims of unfair business practices.
