Ben is a “Swiss Army Knife” attorney, using the right tools at the right moment to help his clients achieve their litigation, business, and personal goals.
Overview
Ben’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration and acting as outside general counsel for small to mid-size businesses.
Litigation + Arbitration
Ben places a heavy emphasis on early dispute resolution to keep clients from having to litigate. When litigation becomes necessary, however, he vigorously represents individuals and businesses in state and federal courts nationwide and in arbitration forums. He litigates a wide variety of cases, including those concerning business law, commercial and residential real estate matters, insurance coverage, fraud and civil theft, professional services, personal injury, and vehicle and other product warranties.
General Counsel
Ben acts as general counsel for a variety of businesses, providing a range of legal services. He drafts entity formation and governing documents, business contracts, employment contracts, and waivers. He also assists with equity transfers (stock options or business shares), mergers and acquisitions, and provides insurance policy review and advice.
