Geoffrey’s practice focuses on construction disputes and civil litigation.

Overview

Construction Disputes

Geoffrey represents design-builders, general contractors, subcontractors, specialty contractors, owner/developers, and suppliers in state and federal court and in arbitration across a broad range of construction-related disputes. He works on cases concerning breach of contract, breach of warranty, construction defects, schedule impacts, delay, disruption, acceleration, labor productivity, sequencing, inefficiency, differing site conditions, defective specifications, design errors and omissions, change orders, and payment disputes.

Civil Litigation

Geoffrey represents individuals and businesses in state and federal courts in a variety of cases, including those concerning commercial and residential real estate matters, title insurance, breach of contract, breach of lease, failure to disclose, forcible entry and detainer, and easement and boundary disputes.

Outside of the office, Geoffrey enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and their dog. He also likes cooking, hiking, snowboarding, and yoga. He is originally from California but is a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles, Flyers, and Phillies fan.
