Katherine’s law practice focuses on water and conservation matters, as well as general civil litigation.
Overview
Water + Conservation
Katherine works with BHGR’s Water and Conservation Group assisting clients with water due diligence matters, applications for new water rights, changes of water rights, plans for augmentation, water quality issues, and other water and conservation matters.
General Civil Litigation
Katherine also works with BHGR’s Civil Litigation Group which represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in a variety of cases, including those concerning breach of contract, business disputes, commercial leases, water rights, construction, and real estate.

Katherine grew up in Canberra, Australia and loves staying active. Outside of the office, you’ll find her at CrossFit, hiking with her cattle dog, skiing, and sharpening her photography skills.
