Overview
Real Estate Law + Transactions
Lorenzo represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of real estate law and transactions. He assists clients on residential, commercial, and ranch transactions, including matters concerning property acquisitions and sales, financing, leasing, property development, land use, and zoning. He also advises clients on the creation of common interest communities, the CCIOA, and restrictive covenants. In addition, Lorenzo works on homeowner association documents such as bylaws, declarations, and supplemental or amended declarations.
Relevant Work Experience
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Lorenzo worked as a CAD draftsperson, collaborating with civil engineers and architects in Salt Lake City. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of real estate projects, makes him particularly suited to review title, surveys, and plats, and enhanced his ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with professionals from various disciplines.

In law school, Lorenzo served as the Managing Editor for the Colorado Technology Law Journal. He also gained invaluable experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Vallejos in the Denver District Court.

Outside of the office, Lorenzo enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and their two dogs, playing golf, and crafting cocktails. He is an avid sports fan who cheers loudest for the Utah Jazz, New York Jets, and the University of Utah football team.
