Our Alternative Dispute Resolution Group is committed to providing fair, efficient, focused, and creative alternatives to traditional litigation in state and federal court.
Overview
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is an umbrella term used to describe different forums in which parties agree to use a neutral, private party to assist them in resolving their disputes to avoid the expense, delay, and uncertainty of traditional litigation. Types of ADR include arbitration, mediation, mediation-arbitration, and neutral fact-finding. The attorneys in our Alternative Dispute Resolution Group use the breadth and depth of their legal experience along with their intensive training and experience acting as neutrals in arbitration proceedings and mediation conferences to provide parties with tailored, innovative, collaborative options for resolving their disputes.
Focus Areas
Arbitration
We have attorneys who serve as private arbitrators as well as arbitrators with the American Arbitration Association (AAA)-International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), which is the largest private global provider of ADR services in the world. We have attorneys who sit on the AAA’s employment, commercial, and construction panels.
Mediation
Our attorneys provide mediation services for parties who are looking to resolve their differences pre-litigation or during litigation. Our mediators offer private mediation services as well as mediation services through the American Arbitration Association (AAA)-International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR).
