BHGR Partnership Expands with 2023 Elections

The Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti partnership gathered at our Boulder office on January 31, 2023. In that meeting, attorneys Geoff Williamson and Benjamin Wilson were elected Equity Partners, and Elizabeth Froehlke and DJ Goldfarb were elected Non-Equity Partners, effective February 1, 2023.

Geoff Williamson represents various public and private clients in water, environmental, and land use matters. His work includes water rights litigation in Colorado’s water courts and advising clients on a broad range of water and environmental issues arising out of real estate and corporate transactions. In addition to his water and environmental work, Geoff has represented public and private companies of all sizes in breach of contract and other business disputes. 

Ben Wilson’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, including real estate, contract, and fraud and theft matters; insurance coverage issues; and nonprofit and performing arts law. Ben’s broad background and experience, in tandem with BHGR’s demonstrated commitment to integrity, accessibility, and excellence, provide a strong foundation for successful, constructive, and durable attorney-client relationships. 

Elizabeth Froehlke has nearly a decade of affirmative and defensive complex civil litigation experience, including fact investigation, discovery management, expert witness work, motions and trial practice, and appeals. Her primary areas of practice are corporate employment and commercial litigation. Liz is involved in multiple pro-bono and community volunteer activities and is on the Colorado Lawyers Committee Young Lawyers Division board.  

DJ Goldfarb’s practice focuses on the defense of public entities and officials and employees associated with those entities. DJ is admitted to practice in both Colorado State and Federal Courts and has obtained favorable jury verdicts in both. He also has significant mediation, deposition, and discovery experience. DJ prides himself on providing high-quality personalized representation for his clients.
